Hilton Garden Inn Mall of the Emirates

Off Sheikh Zayed Road, we're next to the Mall of the Emirates, and within a kilometer of two metro stations. Al Sufouh Beach and the Palm Jumeirah are about 15 minutes’ drive away. Burj Khalifa is 16 km from our hotel.

 

Our Garden Grille restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and The Shop is open 24-hours, offering drinks, snacks, and sandwiches.

INVOICING & PAYMENTS

  • Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking

  • Monthly Payments are required. Monthly. 

  • Your monthly payments will be calculated at time of check out

  • Automatic payment will be activated when you check out. 

  • Future payments will be charged according to the scheduled you see on your invoice.

TRAVEL NOTES

​

  • A passport is needed to travel to Dubai. It must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.

  • You are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents to travel to Dubai. Please take a minute to review Dubai Information.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

  • Please note, when purchasing your flight, please schedule your flight to arrive by 3pm. 

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. 

  • Space is limit. Rates are subject to availability and may change till deposited. You are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible.

  • Itinerary is subject to change.

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Single supplement does increase price. Pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received. Pricing is not guaranteed until you have received a reservation confirmation.

  • Your balance will be broken down into equal monthly payments beginning the month after your deposit is made and due on the same day of each month OR you may enroll in our Automatic Billing Plan. There is no fee for this service.

  • All payments to C&C Unlimited Travel and DebsTravel Club are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because C&C Unlimited Travel d/b/a DebsTravel Club has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.

  • Please note that if your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the room.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

  • All late payment requests must be made in writing to ccsupport@debstravel.biz

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to be locked in.
