We are C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY - C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club is acting only as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby not under our control.
C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club reserve the right to decline to accept any participant as a member of the tour, or to cancel a tour, or to cancel a tour if necessary. Governing State: This agreement shall be governed and interpreted exclusively under the laws of the State of Tennessee. Choice of Forum: The parties agree to any claim or litigation arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach of validity thereof, shall be brought in Hamilton County, Tennessee, the location of C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club' offices, and the governing law shall be the laws of the State of Tennessee. NOTE: Participant/s agrees that in the event that any civil proceeding, arbitration, mediation or action of any kind, is commenced by the participant/s against any damages (which includes but is not limited to damages, interest, court costs, attorney fees, expenses of litigation, and punitive damages) shall be the amount the participant paid the Operator for the vacation/trip which is the subject matter of this Terms & Conditions Agreement. C&C Unlimited & Events dba Debstravel Club will not be held responsible for participants missing any mode of transportation or the replacement of tickets loss or forgotten by the participant/s.

Reservations, Deposit and Final Payment
A first deposit list on the website along with a completed registration form is required for all new reservations. After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly deposits or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. All previous payments will be forfeited. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment please email us immediately so we will know not to cancel your reservation. Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request. All payments to C&C Unlimited Travel and our partners are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be sure you will attend event before submitting payment. This is because C&C Unlimited Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. All final payment dates are clearly noted on the website of the event you have selected. It is your responsibility to be sure payments arrive to us on or before that date. All late payments will require a late fee of $50. If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits will forfeit. If you see a travel event you would like to participate in, you can make your first payment at anytime even if it is in the middle of a payment schedule, provided that space is still available.
Any member(s) gone delinquent for non-payment will forfeit their package and all monies paid. We will revise the package price to reflect the occupancy of all nondelinquent roommates. Example: (If the group leader registered 4 members and only 3 members are nondelinquent, the package price will be revised to a triple occupancy and will increase substantially).

Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are nonrefundable as a result of contractual obligations with our various vendors. There will be NO REFUNDS. You may, however, resell your package to another person. YOU CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHIN THAT GROUP OR ANY OTHER GROUP. It is your responsibility to resell your package and provide us notification in writing with the replacement name. Payments must be made according to the payment plan to keep your reservation secured. Travel insurance is available for purchase. For information or to purchase trip cancellation insurance, visit TravelSafe Certain restrictions apply and you have 15 days to purchase the travel insurance after making your initial deposit. Travel insurance is the only sure way to protect your funds in the event of emergencies.
